This cozy cottage is a very special accommodation, located on the ascent of the mountain Montgo towards Denia, opposite the picturesque chapel of the apostolic church in Spain, with its trademark the blue dome, and offers the same superb viewpoint over the valley and the Montgo mountain. The house is located directly opposite the chapel on a small plot that offers magnificent views over the bay of Javea and the sea. In a few minutes you reach the center and the old town of Javea with many small shops, market hall, post office and with many exceñlent restaurants and bars. The small car free streets of the old town center, invite you to a leisurely stroll in the Old Town with many tapas bars offering typical dishes of the region. The beach and the port of Javea can be reached in just 5 minutes drive, the sandy beach of El Arenal in 8 minutes drive. This vacation property was built in typical Spanish town house style, with patio with a wood stove and a staircase to the upper floor, which consists of a large terrace (with sun protection) with stunning views, and a guest toilet and a small room. The small pool offers the chance to cool down on hot days, but is not really suitable for swimming. The house is equipped with modern amenities and facilities include Internet access, satellite TV, air conditioning and central heating for the cold seasons.
